We will be happy to welcome you to our newly built stone studio in the peaceful area of Koundouros on the island of Kea. Near the sea but also a bit higher up on the hill, this studio offers modern comfort; with private kitchen and bathroom, as well with a terrace and a covered veranda with sea view, it is the ideal retreat for the summer. With quite neighbours and a small distance from the Porto Koundouros beach resort, one can easily switch from a quiet get-away or a visit to a cosmopolitan environment near the sea. There are several small other non-organized beaches in the area as well. A pool will be available in the property early next year :)
